Shift Maintenance Engineer (Days & Nights)

£35,000 - £41,000 + Days & Nights + Overtime (1.5x) + Free Parking + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

Exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer with any production/manufacturing related knowledge, to join a growing business in an interesting and varied role working, with excellent training opportunities available.

On offer is a role that is shift based where you can increase your earnings through premium shift rates and flexible overtime set at time and a half.

This company has grown steadily since their founding, operating out of its main site in Swansea. They have a fantastic reputation for quality of service and due to continued large contract wins and technological improves through investments, they are looking to expand their team further!

In this role you will be working at the Swansea site on the electrical and preventative maintenance of production equipment. The business can offer broader engineering training on some of their bespoke machinery, but candidates must be multiskilled and have some fabrication/welding experience. You will also get to play a role on project and CI work across the site! The role will be shift based, working Monday to Friday on a 4 week alternating Days and Nights shift pattern with the option of further overtime to boost earnings.
