This is a huge opportunity for a VP Engineering to come aboard one of Europe’s leading high-tech start-ups. This role can be based anywhere in Europe, offering a top-end salary and package. Our client is an extremely well-funded and fast-growing start-up bringing to market a game-changing AI technology. To lead their international team of brilliant researchers and engineers, they are now looking for a VP Engineering. The VP Engineering will be responsible for defining the R&D roadmap, overseeing the activities of the research team, and defining the future chip architecture and features and the path to production. The VP Engineering will be responsible for taking chip development right the way through to production and be key in helping to grow the international teams and budgeting all the necessary investment. The right candidate for the VP Engineering position will be:Degree-qualified with a Masters in Electronics, PhD is a plusExperienced in complex digital chip design and computing architectureA natural born leader, with proven experience in people and team managementAn excellent communicator in EnglishAn ambitious individual, keen to work in an exciting fast-paced start-upOn offer: A very attractive compensation package, comprising a generous basic salary, pension plan, extensive insurances and company shares.
