In this role you will be playing a key role in the property services team. The company have big plans for development and are looking for an experienced surveyor to manage ground breaking projects. You will be responsible for giving expert advice to the team on property surveying matters & you will need to be experienced in managing contractors and delivering projects on time and in budget. There are exciting opportunities long term to progress your career in to senior surveyor or technical manager positions.

The ideal candidate will be a building surveyor with experience delivering residential development projects. You will have a good understanding of construction and building methods, an understanding of mould, damp & energy efficiency in domestic properties.

The Role:

* Carrying out surveys to ensure legislation compliance

* providing costings, recommendations project reports to surveying manager & advice to the technical team

* Managing contractors to deliver projects on time

* £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance, bonus, Pension, Holiday, Progression, Healthcare, Training

The Person:

* Relevant building surveying degree

* Previous experience as a building surveyor with knowledge of contract and housing law

* Full driving license and own vehicle

*Looking for training, development & career progression
