My client is looking for a SAP EXP ABAB Developer to join their customer who works in the agricultural and forestry industry. The project will run from 3 to 5 years in length. In your role, you will support the team and ensure that the portfolio develops in accordance with the client's needs. You will play an essential role in helping to foster a high-performing working environment.

As an SAP EXP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining the Application's Portfolio, both in using your own initiative and through supporting the team in their preparation for upcoming projects.

You will be responsible for technical component delivery and participate in full integration testing and assumes responsibility for testing the application code from a technical perspective to verify that programs follow standards and meet technical specifications. You also must be able to document and build solutions based on business requirements. The ABAP Programmer will support best practices through EXP ABAP solutions within business processes in SAP and through interfaces with systems external to SAP.

Role & Responsibilities

* Participating actively and providing support on existing and upcoming projects

* Designing, building, testing, and maintaining the company's application Portfolio

* Analysing and estimating the time for development.

* Working closely with the functional team

* Monitoring the released applications

* Training and coaching the teams as application Users.

Skills & Qualifications

* Very experienced in application designing, development, test, and maintenance

* Proficient in business applications (SAP), certification is an asset

* ABAP, EXP ABAP and other back-end development tools

Ideal candidates will have (although it is not a necessity):

* Previous experience in the agricultural industry

* Good people management skills

* Previous leadership experience
