IT Project Manager - Networking / Security We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of delivering IT network/security projects, to join a rapidly expanding company who are deploying enterprise grade networking and security technologies, projects are varied and complex and you will join a team of established technical engineers and project managers. You would be joining a company who provide unrivalled service, utilising the latest and most cutting edge technologies, the company also invest heavily in their employees training and development including paid for professional certifications.Main DutiesThe IT Project Manager will work alongside technical Engineers, Architects, Presales, as well as with Operational Managers and various Stakeholders at different levels. Manage network implementations with effective project management, covering technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet. Plan project deliverables Track, communicate and report on the progress of the projectCommunicate effectively with team members and escalate issues where necessaryMotivate and encourage positive team spiritEnsure milestones are met as defined by the project plans and delivered in time and to budgetThis role requires the IT Project Manager to have proven knowledge and experience in:Implementing and concluding IT Projects (Ideally including infrastructure/network/security based projects)Working in and communicating effectively with various departments and stakeholdersProject plans and status reports, able to present to project boards and project teamsThe production of project estimates and project plans.Managing budgets effectively, experienced delivering projects on time and within budgetIdeally have worked with MS Project or similarIdeally Prince2 certified or managed projects within Prince2 frameworkBenefitsIn addition to your basic salary and excellent benefits, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a forward thinking and continuously expanding organisation who look after as well as rewards its employees including paying for professional certifications such as Prince2 or any other relevant training such as ITIL.
