My client are an international educational institution looking for a Lead Software Developer to strategically implement change within the business. Client DetailsMy client are an international educational business with extensive plans for growth looking to grow their team. DescriptionDesign technical/solution architectures for critical business systems that promote security, scalability, information governance and performance.Own and advance the existing software development and release processes to improve quality and speed of delivery.Interpret user requirements and user stories, breaking them down into estimated tasks, assigning owners and lead their development, test and release.Support and mentor reporting staff and Colleagues in the application of best practice development techniques and software patterns.Identify and route cause bugsProfileMust have a minimum of 4 years experience with the core Microsoft product stack including .Net frameworks, SQL Server, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET.Experience with web services, object oriented design, source control, agile development, unit testing.Ability to work flexibly as part of a development team challenged with constantly evolving requirements and priorities.Advantageous to have experience managing people Job OfferCompetitive package Exceptional holiday allowance Pension Remote working Opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic working environment
