We’ve teamed up again with a long-standing client of ours in Guildford who are looking for a Scrum Master or "Agile Coach "to join their ranks.Our client is a global leader in their field and are driven by the software they develop which is why this role is so important. The successful Scrum Master will be responsible for helping their teams grow and improve through the continuous delivery of agile values, practices, and rules. The successful Scrum Master would be joining an existing team of 3 so there is already a great set up in place to really be able to cut your teeth. To be considered for the this Scrum opportunity ideally you will come with the following experience: 1 - 3 years’ experience as working as a Scrum Master within a software setting.SaaS experience would be a real plus.Strong communicator.Highly organisedAgile Experience - (Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc)Previous experience of working closely with development teams.While our client would prefer someone local to Surrey, they are happy to look further afield for the right person with the need to travel in the office becoming minimal. Fully remote working is also not out of the question for the right person.
