If this sounds like you, keep reading! THE ROLEWe are looking for a Solution Consultant to own the configuration, implementation, and on-going maintenance of Adobe Analytics. The Solution Consultant is a crucial role for us to fill to help the business better understand customer behaviour and adjust marketing efforts and budget according to these insights. At a macro-level this will support Betway's mission to build a self-serve analytics tool for all business users. This is a great role for an Adobe specialist who can talk to both technical and business stakeholders, understand the digital marketing ecosystem we operate in and provide and implement solutions and options to solve 'the how'. This is a hands-on role which will require the right candidate to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in the tool. Adobe Analytics is considered a spotlight martech tool - this is a great opportunity to make a mark quickly. This role will be responsible for driving the direction of Adobe Analytics from a technical perspective, working closely with an Adobe Manager of a business skillset to understand business requirements and priorities. Both roles will be supported by an Analyst to ensure successful adoption of the tool, dashboard creation and maintenance, and on-going Q&A. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with Martech, CRMX, Product and Analytics to understand business data needs and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications, project plans and roadmapsUnderstand and own tagging and analytics requirements for Adobe Analytics and ensure that solutions meet these requirementsSupport the development of our digital analytics and marketing technology platforms, focussing on the enrichment of our Adobe Analytic data through building integrations with Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Ad Tech and other third-party technologiesBuild and develop code that captures key interactions between our customers and our web platforms and touchpointsProvide detailed analytics tagging instructions to platform developersEnsure data integrity and documentation of tagging standardsTest new analytics deployments using debuggersOversee and provide input into data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation alongside an Analyst This job description and responsibilities is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS 5+ years of hands-on experience leading or working on Adobe Analytics projectsKnowledge of Google Analytics 360, with a focus on implementationKnowledge of how an enterprise Tag Management solution works (ideally Ensighten) to map data points in the data layer to Adobe Analytics variablesExperience working with data layers and clickstream data for the collection of web dataA solid understanding and experience in using Javascript, HTML, API (SOAP & REST), RegEx, jQuery and JSONAn understanding of Adobe Data Insertion APIProven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and be able to simplify technical information to non-technical stakeholdersA high attention to detail and a methodical approach to developing and testingComfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment managing multiple projects and stakeholder demandsExcellent communication and presentation skills
