Up to £34,000 pro-rata (£22.42 per hour)This is an excellent opportunity for 2nd Line Support Specialist to join a growing international company based in the MedTech space on a 6-month initial contract with potential for extension or to move permanent.This company are a leading provider of medical device systems and infection prevention products. Their medical brand has touched millions of procedures in over 30 countries during their 35-year history. This innovative business encourages' internal progression and personal career development with there being a good chance of the right candidate being taken on permanently.In this role you will be working as part of a close-knit team providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for desktops, laptops, computers, mobile devices and internal software systems for end users. Troubleshooting helpdesk enquiries and basic networking in an Azure environment.The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a 1st/2nd Line Support role and have experience of SharePoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 suite, Microsoft Exchange, basic networking and hardware.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business in the MedTech space in a position offering excellent training, autonomy and technical responsibility.The Role:

*6 Month Contract - Potential for Extension

*Basic Networking in an Azure Environment

*1st/2nd Line Support of laptops, mobiles, computers and internal systems

*Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:00The Person:

*Proven experience in an IT Support role or a Windows based enterprise environment

*Experienced with SharePoint, ServiceNow, MS 365 and MS Exchange

*Knowledge of basic networking
