Are you an Electrical Engineer with Solar PV maintenance experience and looking to join a steadily growing business in the Renewable Energy market that is able to offer an excellent all-round package as well as further progression opportunities.

This company specialises in providing asset management, site management and technical services to the Solar PV industry and are now expanding into the Wind industry too. They were one of the first Renewable Energy businesses to go on the London Stock Exchange and have recently expanded their business into Italy.

In this role you will be responsible for travelling to sites in the Leicester, Nottingham and Peterborough areas to carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on mostly ground mounted Solar PV systems as well as assisting with new installations and maintaining accurate records for works undertaken.

The ideal candidate will have both qualifications and experience in electrical installation and maintenance and will have practical experience with installing and/or maintaining Solar PV systems.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working autonomously in a mobile role while also having the security and backing of a well-established and long-running international Renewable Energy business that is known for the value it places on its employees.

The role:

* Travelling to mainly ground mount Solar PV sites in Leicester, Nottingham and Peterborough

* Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance

* Carrying out fault finding and corrective maintenance to identify and prevent further issues

* Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken using CMMS and reports

* Liaising with contractors to ensure works comply with H&S regulations

The person

* Qualifications in electrical installation and maintenance

* Experience in Solar PV electrical maintenance

* LV or HV maintenance experience

* Full UK driving license and happy with working in a mobile role

* Capable of responding to callouts where necessary on a 1 weekend in 4 rota
