Sales & Project Manager (Solar PV)

£45'000 - £50'000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car + Pension + Holidays

Do you have experience of sales / business development and project management within the commercial Solar PV sector?

This well-established company specialise in the supply, design and installation of Solar PV and other renewable systems to commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. As they continue to thrive and increase their impressive pipeline of projects, they are now looking to add to their sales / project management team to help drive future success of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for converting incoming leads and generating new business, and managing projects through to commissioning. You will create initial desktop proposals, produce quotations using information from surveys and designs, and you will work closely alongside the Installation Manager to ensure projects are running on time and to budget, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring high quality throughout.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background of sales within the commercial scale Solar PV sector. You must have experience of building relationships with directors and business owners, be highly organised and have excellent communication skills.

The role:

*Respond to and convert incoming leads and generate new business opportunities for commercial solar PV and other renewable projects.

*Create desktop proposals, survey properties, produce designs and devise quotations to close sales

*Manage projects throughout process; organise and ensure materials are delivered to site, brief install team on designs, problem solve where required

*Work collaboratively with the installation team through delivery of projects until completion

*Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout project

*Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to a high standard

The person:

*Significant experience of commercial Solar PV sales

*Proven background in delivering commercial scale Solar PV projects

*Experience of developing relationships and presenting to Directorship/C-Level and Business Owners

*Excellent communication and organisational skills

*Full UK Driving License
