What is the opportunity?We are looking for IT Recruitment Resourcers / Delivery Consultants to join the business and deliver in to a number of our key accounts. We usually work with our clients on an exclusive basis and fill around 90% of the vacancies that we take on, therefore we require people with a focus on quality over quantity. We want people who can work autonomously and are confident in their ability to deliver results without unnecessary KPI's being put in place that hinder your ability to deliver. That said, training and support will be provided by our directors where required to help you achieve your full potential. This is a unique opportunity to service accounts that are already very well established. What are we looking for?To be successful in this role as an IT Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant, you should have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels, from an entry level IT engineer through to a Director of a FTSE 100 organisation. Excellent communication, a keen eye for detail, hard working and determined attitude, and a passion for providing excellent service to candidates and clients are essential. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within the IT recruitment industry, or be knowledgeable within an area of IT and understand technology and have an understanding of recruitment lifecycles.
