£40,000 - £50,000 pro rata Webrecruit; industry innovators, online recruitment disruptors, product development leaders.  Pioneering the hybrid recruitment sector, we have blazed a trail through online recruitment for nearly two decades. Today, we have developed software to support all aspects of recruitment and hiring, a next generation ATS, which is making some big waves in our market. We're a small company doing some big things and we've developed quite a following for our recruitment software and advertising solutions. We're at a critical point in the growth of our ATS and recruitment software products and are looking for a UI / UX Designer to join our Product Development team. Although initially a 9-month FTC, there may be scope for this to be extended. Your Role As a UI / UX Designer, you will be playing a key role in the front-end design of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Initially you will be focused on producing designs and mock-ups for a number of new features in our development pipeline. Specifically, you will conduct market research before presenting proposed designs, wireframes and prototypes to Senior Management for review. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to review the existing user interface and user experience across our products with a view to advising on, and producing, an overhaul of the user experience, layout, navigation and overall look and feel.  About You We're looking for an experienced UI / UX Designer with:  - At least four years' experience in a UI/UX role
- Demonstrable experience delivering UI/UX wireframes, designs and prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Experience in responsive mobile and web environments
- Experience designing solutions that comply with accessibility guidelines
- An understanding of creating designs that can translate into workable prototypes You'll have the chance to join a talented, forward-thinking team and help us enhance our software product from a UX / UI design perspective.
