I am currently working with one of the biggest digital marketing agencies based in Europe, who boast clients such as HBO, Klarna and Fjallraven. They're currently seeking a Data Scientist who has a passion for Technology and Data Driven Applications, and is able to apply modern and evolving software development practices effectively and efficiently. In addition you should be able to demonstrate expertise in Data Science/Analysis as well as leadership and mentoring skills. Positions are currently available in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Oslo.Visa sponsorships are available for Stockholm and Gothenburg for those already located within the EU.

What you will doDesign, develop and deploy highly complex models.Mentor and lead data scientists and machine learning engineers within the data hub. Effectively plan and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions with high quality.Advanced use of new and existing algorithm/ML frameworks.Design, develop, deploy and maintain Data Science Models for clients and internal projectsAssess the performance of models(clients and colleagues) and provide detailed explanation of the quality of the model and direction for improvements.Produce documentation and presentation of results for technical and non-technical audiences.Who you areHave a minimum of 3 years experienceAdvanced knowledge of Python, SQL as well as common Data Science tools (pandas, scikit-learn, keras, matplotlib)Skilled with software developmentStrong understanding of Applied Machine Learning, including advanced knowledge in a particular specialization (Probability, Machine Learning, Modelling)Understanding of distributed systems and their application to working with Big DataWhat's in it for youOpportunity to make decisions and play an active role when it comes to defining the road map to follow going forward.A dynamic and rapid environment, where you will be working with some of the most talented people in the marketing tech industryCompetitive salary and benefits.
