Support the development of business requirements for individual Projects and provide insights into the design of solutions including production of:

* Requirements catalogue

* Feature catalogue

* Roadmaps

* Process maps

* Operating procedures

* Business rules

* Scope analysis

* As-is analysis

* Service Design documentation

* User roles
