The purpose of this role is to directly support our CCDO (Chief Customer Digital Officer) on their agenda, strategy direction setting, strategy initiatives, key meetings, key stakeholder interaction, external communication, and engagement with the broader Executive Leadership team.

Supporting the CCDO on functional and regional e-commerce/commercial/tech agenda, including:

Assisting and communicating on decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

Preparation of strategic digital topics for the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors.

Serving as liaison between staff, senior leaders, and Operating Company teams, regarding project updates, proposals, and planning.

Forming relationship with all key employees in the Customer & Digital organisation for increased efficiency to help monitor and deliver on the strategic planning delivery - including communicating and resolving in case of risks.

Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.

Driving strategic initiatives in the newly established Customer & Digital Organisation within Kingfisher Group.

Strategic adviser to the Executive Leadership team member (CCDO - Chief Customer and Digital Officer) and their leadership teams, supporting them in crafting and delivering their holistic Customer & Digital agenda across all functions of the Kingfisher group.

What experience and qualifications are we looking for?

Superb communication skills, allowing you to structure documents and quantitative analysis into compelling documents for executive level interaction.

Significant experience from a top-tier management consultancy or similar relevant experience.

Experience in Digital, Ecommerce, Online or related Digital topics.

Have top-notch quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems.

Superb communication skills, allowing you to structure documents and quantitative analysis as well as PowerPoint presentations for executive level communication.

Result orientation - consistently deliver quality work to support and drive strategic change in the CCDO agenda.

Strategic orientation - holistic thinker that's able to extract logic, insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems and drive disruptive and transformational strategic projects.

Agile way of working - ability to run projects in agile way and in a constantly evolving environment.

Fluent in written and verbal English is a must, fluency in spoken French is a plus.
