The successful candidate will work on some of the most high profile Transformation projects in the UK.Client DetailsTop ranked global consultancyDescriptionKey tasks you will be involved with will include: Help CFOs drive value for their organisations across a three dimensions: Finance Business Architecture: delivering the full Finance Business Architecture lifecycle and capability with a range of platforms (SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Workday etc.). End-to-end Process Expertise: Implement Finance digital solutions to improve clients Finance processes and business Project Management, Implementation & Business Adoption: encompasses activities required to managing Finance Transformation projects. Help CFOs assess what they need and should be doing today and how to prepare for tomorrow to drive change through their organisation.Profile To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate: Prior relevant work experience demonstrating finance transformation experience with competencies related to finance operating model and service delivery model, financial process design/standardisation and automation and change managementExperience in leading teams during design and implementation phases of Finance Transformation Programmes Experience in planning and managing a project and its work streams to time and to budget in support of the overall project/programme planBackground in Finance technology and Finance systems implementation and experience with the Lean / Agile implementation methodologiesJob Offer£50,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience) +excellent annual bonus & benefitsWork with a market leading team on the most high profile engagementsWork life balanceFlexible/ home workingFast career progression
