IT Support Analyst - SQL / Web Applications - vacancy requiring profound Web Applications knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector. Your tasks:Providing front-line technical support to end usersPerforming daily checks to run scripts and systems while also analysing the urgency behindResponding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets according to SLACooperating with developers to resolve complex issuesDelivering input to development teams for problem prevention

Your experience/knowledge:5+ years of experience in offering level 2 support with a focus on web applications within corporate environmentsExpertise in working with SQL combined with a thorough understanding of troubleshooting and log files analysisFamiliarity with documenting processes and application flowsGood command of ticketing tools, ideally Service Now, would be an advantage

Your soft skills: Confidence in handling parallel workstreams paired with proactive behaviourAbility to identify the urgency of the case along with competency of filtering informationExcellent problem-solving skills as well as the willingness to work independently, share information and assist others
