HR Systems Analyst - SAP HR, SQL - Grimsby/remoteHugely exciting technical role within a thriving global manufacturing company. Sitting within their HR function supporting key systems, processes and projects. Client DetailsThe client are a global manufacturing business with over 6000 employees across the world. This role would be based out of their North Lincolnshire office but can be offered on a fully remote basis with occasional travel to the site. DescriptionHR Systems Analyst - SAP HR, SQL - Grimsby/remoteThe key responsibilities of this role are to:Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirementsPartner with HR to develop technology solutions, process-related improvements or policy changes that help to automate (new) HR processes, make the system more efficient and/or optimize the user experienceBe responsible for maintaining the security, end-user access, and data integrity of the HR related systemAnalyse HRIS performance metrics, troubleshoots the software and implement appropriate solutionsProvide end user support to the HR team and provides quick and accurate solutions for queries.Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fixSupport maintenance of data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing dataEnsure the integrity, accuracy and proper use of HR information retrieved from the systemsConduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system usersProfileTo be considered for this role, candidates will have the following skills and experience:A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems3-5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industryExtensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queriesUnderstands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareGood HR and business acumen to understand and interpret business requirementsProficiency in HRM software specifically SuccessFactors and SAP HRJob OfferSalary up to £40k and a wide range of company benefits to suit your work and personal wellbeing.
