Data Analyst

West London/Remote (2-3 days onsite)

We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

As a member of the Targeted Advertising team, you'll help drive decision making using the power of data and insights: Measure effectiveness of marketing campaign run across various PlatformsDevelop relationships with stakeholders to reach a deep understanding of their business areaswork with them analytical projects - develop hypotheses to explore and avenues of opportunityBe able to summarise your findings in a commercial focused and actionable way. You should be able to articulate reasons for good and bad performance in segments of our base and what improvement actions could be taken.Oversee the implementation of your insights - you will often work right through from the ideas stage to seeing it become a reality.

Key Skills End to End Analytics: you must have deep and extensive experience in carrying out end-to-end analytics projects. Logical, end to end thinking from the outset.Understanding & experience of measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Working in a dynamic environment: Enjoys working in an innovative and creative environment. Enjoys task-focused delivery, a fast pace of work and overcoming challenges. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant analytical role.Strong numeric acumen.Experience using a breadth of analytical tools, E.g., SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, GCPPrevious experience in advanced data manipulation in SQLHands-on experience (minimum of working knowledge) of segmentation techniques and predictive algorithmsProficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite of products, specifically Excel & Power Point.

Desirable SkillsStatistical modelling experience using regression, chaid or decision trees.Working knowledge of digital platforms and technology

Industry Experience

Experience of a using data and insights in a large-scale consumer retail business. E.g. media, telco, financial services, gaming.
