As a Business Designer, you need to be able to adapt and shape analysis approach to solve business problems. Outlining potential impacts and keeping the business informed of all potential impacts, providing recommendations where possible is a key part of the role.

You'll work with the Product Owners and Engineering Leads to support and ensure the e2e design integrity of solutions providing business design shaping services for complex initiatives. You'll assist in ensuring programmes are set up for success, bringing together Customer and IT creating balanced Business models:

What the role involves

Collaborate and challenge Product Owners and Business partners to craft creative solutions

Facilitating cross divisional re-use and enhancement of solutions and capabilities

Analyse and help resolve business problems on specific delivery, design, and strategic issues

Work within a multi-disciplined design team to assist driving the right solutions for our Customers and the Bank

Tackle design issues and challenges, working within your assigned lab or programme to deliver solutions and address scope or design issues, identifying key design decisions and progressing them to resolution.

What skills are we looking for from you?

Expert analysis and problem solving skills .

Strong communication skills (oral and written) ability to effectively present complex topics in a clear and simple way

Skilled negotiator and expert stakeholder management

What we're looking for on your CV?

.Experience of analysing issues and solving complex problems

Evidence of presenting analysis and recommendations to varied audiences

Examples of working collaboratively and using a variety of tools to understand issues and propose solutions

It would also be great if you had :-

A background in design thinking, business design or business architecture roles

Worked in Financial Services (although all relevant industry experience considered)

Experience of working on complex / complicated issues and programmes
