Excellent role on offer for a Senior Site Agent/ Project Manager to take charge of projects and grow with an established civil engineering company.

The company are a civil engineering firm who provide a full and diverse range of civil engineering and construction services, from private/domestic work to commercial/industrial to facilities management and construction. The variety in the role and the chance to have hands on responsibility is immense.

In the role you will be managing all resources both human and otherwise to meet the spec, ensure top level of project quality and exceed health and safety expectations. You will also be managing the pivotal balance between operational and practical knowledge with commercial business and cost control. Proving yourself as a leader with a keen eye for detail.

This role would therefore ideally suit an experienced Senior Site Agent/ Project Manager with experience in working within civil engineering, who has experience of managing a team and working to a budget. The successful candidate will be ambitious and driven to complete projects to a high standard and be happy to relay project progress in Directors meetings.

The person:Experienced Senior Site Agent with 3+ years at this level in civil engineeringMotivated individual, looking to develop and progress professionallyExcellent eye for detail, with strong business and personnel management qualitiesFormal civil engineering qualification would be preferred but not essential.
