My client are a global leading consultancy working with leading organisations in Ireland and internationally. Responsibilities: You will work with clients to deliver technology projects that will support their business objectives.You will work with Technology and Consulting leadership to build-out offerings, methodologies, and delivery capabilities (people and tools).Be capable of understanding business processes across multiple sectors and industries, preferably across both manufacturing and service industries and including public and private sector organisations.Be capable of analysing the current technology landscape in a business and see how that maps to the overall strategy of a business.Be able to communicate at all levels of a business right up to board level..Develop As-Is, To-Be and Gap Analysis documentation.Quickly identify possibilities for improvements to the application landscape and the benefits around those improvements.Deal with potential vendors to help select the appropriate systems to meet the requirements identified. Design and tailor those solutions to best fit customer needs.Requirements:4+ years direct work experience in an Enterprise Application implementation capacity, including project management and/or systems selection.You have a proven track record of delivery and strong stakeholder management skills.You are a confident and impactful communicator, both written and verbal, able to clearly explain solution design to technical and non-technical audiences, in a way that is accessible to everyone.You have experience with project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum etc.) - preferably more than one.You have experience in more than one Enterprise Application such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor, IFS, Workday.Similarly, a working knowledge of CRM systems- e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics. Competent and proficient understanding of business solutions, such as ERP, CRM, HR, and Document Management. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience. Some technical background preferred.Have experience of hands on delivery of projects at key clients, either on your own or as part of larger delivery teams.
