Duties include both day to day support and maintenance and longer-term implementation and development projects. Although this role will have specific contracted hours, we are willing to consider flexibility in relation to agile/remote working and this can be discussed more fully at interview. AUB has a competitive salary scale with yearly increment points within each paygrade. The role attracts 35 days annual leave, and we have a range of staff benefits. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Extensive experience of the configuration of the SITS Student Record System providing development expertise covering the core development tools; Tasking, SRLs and Vistas. Experience of Stu-Talk is desirable, so is any knowledge of JavaScript. Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills Degree level qualification or equivalent qualification or experience The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following abilities: The ability to work and learn independently Proven customer service skills Ability to communicate confidently and efficiently with technical, non-technical and senior members of staff - excellent written and spoken English High capacity for attention to detail Ability to cope with pressure at busy times and rapid changes in the priority of tasks Closing Date: Sunday 9 January 2022
