This is a great role that has opened up for Product Manager to join one of the UK's leading retailers. The company are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can bring in their knowledge and become part dynamic team where they can add value working for a highly sort after brand.
The organisation are renowned in the retail industry for delivering quality services and products and they need someone who can make decisions, has an eye for detail and is able to communicate ideas effectively. This opportunity will take on someone who is passionate about creating a product that makes life easier for the consumer.
In this role you will decide the variety of space between store categories based on customer patterns i.e. location, demographic etc. You will work with users and UX to design high quality solutions. You will also write user stories and acceptance tests for engineering and help the team break down the complexities into smaller chunks identifying opportunities to improve merchandising using data to add value. You will integrate sources of product location data to give the best locations improving online customer picks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in User research/Design thinking and be skilled with data analysis. The company are looking for someone who can communicate complex things simply when collaborating with the team. The candidate will ideally have retail process and system knowledge and also understand software development methods and best practices.
This is an ideal role for someone has experience as a Product Manager looking to enter retail and utilise their skills to help the company constantly improve its product and service.
