The RoleThis role is like no other .........A very well-known word wide client of mine is on the on the look for their next hire.This role offers more than just opportunity you will be part of some of the biggest upgrades and implementations using Dynamics Business Central.This position will require a candidate who is confident at communicating at management level but also be able to withhold multiple tasks from a number of different individuals, this role will have you working on in house analysts, Process Modelling, offshore support and much more. Responsibilities & Skills:Continually monitor and analyse post-stabilisation user adoption rates and changing business processes and to recommend required solution modifications.Manage & support implementation of systemsReport status to Technology Management Partners with the business to ensure appropriate usage of technology solutions.Develop cost benefits cases and to analyse and measure realisation of post-deployment benefits.Create detailed User Acceptance Test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing and Training activitiesEnsure successful delivery and deployment of high-quality technology solutions with high rates of user adoption.
