Senior Developer Relations (m/f/d) - Vienna or Full RemoteThis is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a highly strategic and visible developer relations program. Your role is to help developers (m/f/d) learn how to be great testers (m/f/d)! Help us teach how to build better software through testing. Your ResponsibilitiesAs one of the first Senior Developer Relations (m/f/d) in the company, you'll be instrumental in creating the strategy, like what developers (m/f/d) do we want to reach, what products and messages are going to appeal, and what's needed to build a movement?At the beginning, you will be able to cover a broad range of responsibilities, as we grow you'll be a coach (m/f/d) and mentor (m/f/d) to the more junior people who joinYou'll be responsible for growing a testing mindset among developers (m/f/d), showing them that developers (m/f/d) are better when they're testers (m/f/d). To bring this across you'll do a lot of writing and make videosYou'll also help build and nurture the community, identifying and engaging with top contributors and fans, and help grow a real community of developers (m/f/d) that love using testing productsYou can expect to travel to participate in conferences and meetupsYou'll spend time consulting with our developer (m/f/d) community and customers (m/f/d). It's hard to know right now how much travel to expect or when we'll start that aspect upYour ExperienceA developer (m/f/d) that has built and deployed things to production, doesn't matter if you built websites for small businesses or were part of a team building a top 10 web property - you should understand the joys and pains of building and launching thingsYou have some testing expertiseYou consider yourself a generalist (m/f/d) who can write code, blog posts, talk to customers (m/f/d), and present to a room full of developers (m/f/d), all on the same dayYou're a great communicator (m/f/d) and have excellent verbal and written EnglishYou're comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity, and seek out new thingsYou work well with both developers (m/f/d) and executives (m/f/d)This is a remote position on a fully remote team.
