Our client is an innovative technology company developing and manufacturing customized Laser products in Germany. We are looking to hire for a Head of Sales to drive an experienced and motivated Sales Team in the DACH Region. The Head of Sales will need to be based at the client's HQ in the South of Germany. Tasks:Development and execution of Sales strategies to grow the market and revenue. Focussed approach to win new Clients in the Laser module market space. Market trends and Technology scoutingBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsContinuously motivate and lead your teamRequirements:
BS degree or equivalent in Electronics, Physics or Computing.Good Technical expertise with Optical & Laser applications.Good management skills- great motivatorDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the companyProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitorsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsPrevious Laser experience is essential.For more information, please contact Marta Robjohns at IC Resources
