Quantity Surveyor (Social Housing)

£40,000- £50,000 + car allowance

This leading building services contractor operate across several divisions within both the private and public domain. They actively look to recruit people that can grow alongside the business' success, offering a role with future career progression.
In this role you will be providing extensions, frameworks and disabled adaptions to social housing from pre-construction phase. You will be undertaking responsibilities including but not limited to meeting regularly with clients, setting targets objectives and responsibilities for supervised staff, setting and agreeing budgets, dealing with contracts, planning and coordinating project strategy - managing the construction process from groundworks to completion.

The Role:
Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff
Working in an office and on a construction site.
Managing the construction process, responding to delays
Complying with legal requirements, safety and building codes
The Person:
5 years + QS/construction experience (incl pre-construction)
SMSTS
Social Housing experience
Disabled adaptions experience
Frameworks experience
