As Head of Product for Voice you will be lead the product team responsible for awesome voice assistant features and services that are increasingly at the heart of our experiences. Part of Group Discovery & AI, providing our customers with brilliant and simple ways to any content that matters to them will be central to your product DNA.

Working on some of the most innovative projects within Sky, we are looking for someone to leverage their product leadership skills to drive the roadmap in not only one of Sky's most exciting product areas but also the area that arguably moves at the fastest pace.

What you'll do:

Strategy and Ownership * Own the product roadmap for Sky's voice assistant platform, bringing the buzz of voice on Sky Q and Sky Glass to millions of customers. * Have the drive and ability to get stuck into the detail to make great ideas a reality. Discovery, Definition and Delivery * Work with delivery and business leaders across Comcast and Sky to bring alignment, understanding of the voice portfolio and views of our customers in a dynamic and competitive global environment. * Put the customer first and understand how to balance this with business needs. * Own and Report on product performance - key metrics and KPIs, e.g., conversion rate, performance vs business plan, operational performance, etc; People Management and Development * Lead the team of product leads responsible for Voice and search products and features across Sky's products including Sky Glass, Sky Q and Sky Go; * Contribute to the development of product management capabilities within Product Hub, through sharing insights, coaching and helping others build their product knowledge.

What you'll bring:

* Strong management / leadership experience, with a track record of bringing together and delivering great customer experiences - combined with a familiarity of working in a global matrix environment. * Experience of defining and delivering complex consumer facing digital products across multiple devices, territories and propositions. * A demonstrable ability to collaborate and influence multiple partners, gaining alignment and sign-off when appropriate. * Deep knowledge of voice services, technologies and architectures enabling the individual to create a vision for the adoption of voice across multiple product portfolios. * Commercial foresight - familiarity with building business cases for the adoption of new technology as well as the launch of new products and services. * A blend of curiosity, passion, resilience, and optimism with a strong desire to "make a difference" * Owned and/or had responsibility of product portfolio forecasting and tracking
