Programme Manager (IAM) - £800 PD - Outside IR 35Company:
A global corporation, with over 150,000 employees and a billion pound turnover is currently recruiting a senior Programme Manager who has successfully lead the implementation of a global IAM (Identity Access Management) within a Cyber Risk Programme (CRP) on a 6 month contract paying up to £800 per day OUTSIDE IR 35 fully remote.
You must have delivered a global IAM access management programme for a similar sized corporation to be considered for this vacancy.

Identity and Access Management is a key initiative within our IT transformation roadmap that drives Cyber Security improvements on one hand and drives automation and better user experience with the consumption of IT services across PMI employees and our business partners.
Opportunity:
As a Theme Lead for Identity and Access Management and reporting to the Director of Identity Management, you will monitor key milestones, their prioritization, risks associated, mitigation plans and decisions required on a day-to-day basis. Where necessary you will, together with the respective Product Owners drive decision making within the Programme and or Operational/Steering forums.
Participate in Programme Increment (PI) Planning to ensure that requirements from the Cyber Risk Programme are prioritized and included in the objectives of the various product led squads
Work with your counterpart in the Cyber Risk Programme to prioritise delivery of security improvements based on their criticality and ensure that the reporting of these risks and their mitigation plans are current, consistent and accurate
Core Requirements:
Consistent track record in the delivery of IAM Programmes including that which covers specific capabilities like Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Multi-factor Authentication, Third Party Access Management and others. Experience of having led IAM Programmes in CPG, Retail or Pharma sectors and with significant Public Cloud footprint is a plus.
Programme Managers that have an engaging interpersonal style, drives commitment through collaboration and is ability to articulate complex topics in a simple manner for a broad range of stakeholders.
Experience of having been a Solution or Release Train Engineer in a SAFe Agile setting will be beneficial. We use SAFe Scaled Agile delivery practices.
Good grounding in IAM Control design, expected control objectives for effective IAM processes and mapping of them to frameworks such as NIST. CISSP/CISM certifications are preferred.
Rate - £600 to £800 - 6 month rolling - Immediate - two stage, telephone and video interview
