Deliver medium to high complexity technology projectsAct as a trusted advisor helping clients with strategyClient DetailsOne of the worlds largest outsourcing and consultancy businesses.DescriptionThe role will be to deliver medium to high complexity technology projects, including technology deployments and optimization. This role will act as a trusted advisor helping our clients both in defining their Talent Management technology strategy and architecture, as well as in maximizing the potential value of their SuccessFactors solution by leveraging core business, technology and industry expertise.You may also have supervisory duties for team members leading single technology implementations using a repeatable methodology.The key responsibilities of the successful SAP Success Factors Consultant are:Shapes and executes SAP SuccessFactors implementations, through the (re)design of TA/TM processes, the configuration of the system and the integration in the existing technology landscape and processesTrusted advisor for our clients in the (re)alignment and optimisation of the TA ecosystem with the technology solution of choice improving the value of technology in the businessOwns multiple active technology consulting projects at any given time that includes project management, process and technology design, configuration, change management guidance, business requirements documentation, test plans, test scripts, and trainingResponsible for small to medium size project budgetsProvide SME input to support the development of technology consulting proposals that meet the specific requirements of the client. I.e. can demonstrate the technology that meets the clients' needs and articulate those details in the correct format for the client documentationLiaise with the client team to gain a full understanding of all requirementsAct as a consultant offering clear recommendations, timelines and all the facts to the client in the appropriate way to facilitate all technology projectsUndertake presentations on technology capability to clients and prospectsDemonstrate expert knowledge of TA technologies in order to present factual recommendations to clientsMake decisions around the best method for implementation of technologyLeading and executing technology implementation projects - ownership and accountability for delivering on assigned projects within budget and on timeTrack and record time and expenses of self and all team members working on a project under role holder's management (may include external resources).Performing technology configuration work, when needed.
