Content Manager / Salesforce Commerce Cloud (m/w/d), Zürich

We are looking for a Content Manager & Salesforce Commerce Cloud expert for one of our clients.

Your responsibilities:Working on the global eCommerce roll-out projects on Salesforce Commerce CloudOperating as a communication channel to all relevant business and IT stakeholders for the different countriesWorking on uploading content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (eCommerce platform)Working on content creation for the emails (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Share your best practices experiencesAnalyse data and propose solutions to improve content and run testingDevelop and ensure the customer journey

Your profile:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.Knowledge of the Salesforce solution and the Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a must.Experience with the other Salesforce clouds is a plus: Salesforce Marketing CloudSalesforce certifications would be appreciatedYou are organised, rigorous and independent.Strong synthetic and analytic skillsVery good knowledge of eCommerce platformsVery good communication skillsResult and solution-orientedTeam playerUniversity degree in business, marketing or communicationSpeak English fluently
