Customer Service Analyst, 12 Month Contract, Flexible WorkingYou will be joining a globally established consultancy to work across a large scale project with an enterprise client that are looking to implement Salesforce. This consultancy are looking to bring in a variety of Customer Service Analysts, ranging from Graduates to Senior Analyst to support on this project.In this position, you will work closely with the wider team to support with customer queries to develop solutions. You will also be engaging with stakeholders regularly to assist with a range of their requirements. As well as utilise your data skill set to help with any data analytics and cleansing that is required. This is a great position for someone that's just come out of university or who has previous experience in a customer facing position, to get cross-trained into Salesforce to then start a career within this eco-system.
