Software Engineer Remote UK to £90k

Software Engineer / Developer (Mobile Android Kotlin Kotlin) *Remote / WfH*. Would you like an opportunity to join a successful, growing start-up where you can influence technical strategy and have your ideas listened to?

As a Software Engineer you'll be instrumental in building new features and enhancements on the core product, a mobile app that enables consumers to manage all their bank accounts, credit cards and savings accounts via one easy to navigate app; it also monitors the financial markets and suggests better deals e.g. when to switch a credit card or better savings rates available and alerts customers, helping people to stay on top of their finances.

You'll be joining a small, cross functional Agile team where you'll be able to take a great deal of ownership, suggest ideas and improvements and influence technical direction whilst remaining hands-on in a tech driven environment.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home full-time; the company has offices in London and Norwich although you're not required to work at either site unless you'd prefer to.

Requirements:

You have strong Android and Kotlin development experience

You have commercial awareness and are product focussed, keen to input into discussions

You're likely to have a STEM degree education although this isn't necessary if you have the right technical skills
