The ideal candidate will bring a strong declarative background on Salesforce Lightning to the table, and thrives in a fast paced, tech start-up environment. This person will join a team of three (3) Salesforce Developers, three (3) Salesforce Administrators, and application analysts. Job Requirements: 1-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator on Salesforce LightningProficient with complex process builders and workflowsExperience administrating and/or owning instances of Salesforce CPQ [fka SteelBrick] Ability to project manage with either internal teams or third partiesExposure to light APEX code (custom triggers) preferredExperience in a Sales and/or Service Cloud environment, Salesforce Experience Cloud Preferred Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Basic Qualifications: Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is also heavily consideredSalesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Certified Platform App Builder, CPQ SpecialistSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud ConsultantExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (Agile Practitioner / CSM / PMP certifications are taken into great consideration)Bachelor's (B.S.)
