Project Manager - SAP Success Factors (m/f/d) Are you an experienced Project Manager (m/f) looking for a new project? Our client, a medical devices company offers an interesting and exciting project opportunity to support the overall HR project manager and the HR team with the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central. As a main task, you will act as the key point of contact for our regional workstream leaders and local HR teams for all elements related to the SAP SF EC implementation. Your role as Project Manager - SAP Success Factors You will lead all project management initiatives for the completion of SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and the integration into the other SuccessFactors modules (end to end SF EC system implementation) on time and within budgetCoordinates Kick-offs and makes decision makers available and review open points and requirements as well as co-set-up, co-prepare and actively participates in recurring project meetings and reporting (e.g. JF, Status meetings etc.)Pro-actively communicates and reports risks and status to the overall HR Project Manager / Program Lead and project team members e.g. Status Reports, progress and next activitiesLeads/Supports the required workshops as laid out by the methodology, ensuring all decisions are accurately captured and recorded in relevant workbooks and processes are captured in the Straumann toolPrepares/facilitates review, test & sign-off configuration, sign-off iteration decisions and provides functional input Provides content for configuration, fills data templates and uploads them if necessaryPerforms simple configuration (e.g. FO) and GDPR as instructed by the implementation partner Together with the workstream leader "testing" and "GPO and SME" supports the development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and provides initial UAT-focused training to end user testers as necessaryPerforms and supports end-to-end testing of EC and the integration between EC and the other talent modules before regional/local UAT Required skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field Demonstrable expertise and experience in Employee Central and very good understanding of the overall SuccessFactors Suite incl. other SuccessFactors modules; proven ability to shape/architect SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet or exceed customer needsExperience of at least two end to end global (more than 5 countries and cross-regional) deployment projects involving Employee Central in a Functional Lead capacityTechnical knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors and integrating with other relevant systems and touch points Must be certified in Employee CentralMinimum of 5 years project management experienceDeep understanding of HR processes and HR Service DeliveryFluency in English, any other language is a plus Further informationLocation: Basel Start date: asap Duration: min. 18 months Interested?
