Specification Sales Manager (Concrete)

Co. MeathEUR75k PackageOur Client is currently looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join their Paving & Walling Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Develop new and existing business by positively promoting the company's range of products.Achieve product specifications, undertake product demonstrations and deliver CPD seminars.Develop key relationships with Architects, Engineers, Local Authorities and Contractors.Identify the need for specialist products and work closely with our Technical Team to develop these products to specification.Provide technical, product, project expertise and training to contractors, specifiers and specialist distributors, where required.Introduce all new products and services offered by the company in line with the business strategy.Assist with marketing activities to promote the awareness of the product range and ensure that all literature meets current legislative requirements and meets the needs of specifiers.Develop CPDs, FAQs and associated paperwork, and review and update on a regular basis.Provide assistance with budgets, strategy, planning and forecasting, when required.Attend sales and marketing meetings, trade events and conferences, as required.Prepare and deliver all reports, letters and specifications in conjunction with Sales Team, in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications & Experience

Solid experience (minimum of 5 years) of presenting construction related products to Architects, Engineers, Local Authorities, Contractors and Specifiers through CPD presentations.Third level qualification in Engineering or Sales and Marketing.A background from the paving & walling and pre-mixed dry products market is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
