As IT Manager you will take the lead on helping develop and maintain the IT and Infrastructure, and be able to bring your own ideas to the table. As you will be leading a team it is important you are able to communicate effectively where required.

Key Responsibilities:Providing IT leadership, budgeting and technical supportCarrying out fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and appropriate problem/incident managementLiaising with end users, support technicians, 3rd parties, internal and external stakeholders.Working with senior leadership/exec to shape the IT strategy for the business in line with wider business plans.Coordinating and managing multi-site software and hardware implementations and other projects.ProfileKey Skills & Experience:High degree of ownership in all matters within the IT infrastructure but not limited to.Experience managing teams in a complex and thriving IT environmentProven skills in leadership development and team buildingA new approach to IT management with a start-up mind-set where digital and efficiency comes firstProven ability to lead and inspire the team to deliver on complex tasksStrong analytic skillsGood understanding of Infrastructure and its componentsExemplary communication skills, managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing othersJob OfferSalary:

£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Profit Share Scheme
