Job Description SAIL (Sage AI Labs) builds AI enabled Products for the small business world. We are in the process of building external products to our main product portfolio. We are a small cross-functional, distributed team (Barcelona, Tel Aviv, London, San Francisco) and we love enthusiastic people who are both masters of UX and have an accurate approach to UI.

We are looking for our first full stack product designer to come work with us in our startup mentality team.
You are
A Product Designer with 3+ years of experience in UX and interactive design, preferably in product teams
You have strategic thinking, and you understand the product's lifecycle - from research through prototyping to design and usability testing.
Pleasant communicational skills working
Seeks out personal development activities with initiative.
Good knowledge of design thinking, gaining experience in design with rationale and design critique. Self-sufficiently seeks opportunities for innovation
Bachelor / Master in design, art, interactive communication

Advantage if you
+8 years of experience
Have experience in designing conversations, bots or chat products
Have skills in motion, transition, and animation

Have an interest in being a part of building a design team Key Responsibilities What you will do
Lead the creation, maintenance, and improvement of experiences within the technical constraints and principles of UX design.
Decide on our "startup" brand, image, personality
Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, from rough sketches to rich animated prototypes
Collaborate daily with Product Managers, software developers and UX/UI Designers in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products
Bring iconography, typography, color, space, and texture together to create innovative, great-looking Sage products that people love to use. Sets visual direction, aligning with brand and design language systems.
Create compelling screen flows, rapid prototypes, layout patterns, information architecture, wireframes.
Production of final UI and interaction specifications, working with product.
Apply design techniques for improving usability and accessibility, and methods to evaluate them
Delight users with outstanding emotional experiences, delivering innovative, great-looking, and uniquely ‘Sage' experiences that users love
Support others in interpreting and implementing solutions
