Description: The Drug Safety Manager is responsible for all local Pharmacovigilance-related activities for the UK and Ireland affiliate. Duties:Development and maintenance of local PV processes and proceduresTraining and tracking of all BI UKI and external providers on appropriate PV-related proceduresReview of external provider reports for AEs, PCs, customer focus and most up to date information.Performing due diligence AE and safety report follow upTracking and reporting of safety reportsMonitoring the MHRA portal for safety reportsMaintain an oversight of outsourced vendors with PV responsibilitiesServe as the PV contact for local staff and SABRAssisting SABR with regulatory requests or audits/inspectionsDocumenting CAPAs and deviations related to PV deficienciesPerforming local reconciliations with third party vendorsReviewing vendor contractsAssisting with audits of external third party vendors Please click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
