Client DetailsThe Support Analyst role is to provide front line support for applications that support the business. The role will monitor, and track application loads and data transformation processes which are scheduled using the Visual Cron technology or triggered by other business processes. The role requires the individual to triage failed processes and perform technical checks to try and resolve the failure by re-running the process, or escalate with second line support teams to get to the root cause of the issue. Keeping the business teams updated of the issue status until resolution is an important component of the role so good communication and personal management skills are needed. DescriptionIT Application Support, London will be responsible for:Assisting with new or adjustments to third party feeds to administrators or custodians using SFTPAssisting with new funds/brokersAssist with Project planning activities and ensuing work itemsReporting to business owners and management to update on assigned tasks/dutiesDocumenting and Learning newly developed systems and processes to effectively manage and resolve issues.ProfileIT Application Support, London will ideally have:Database MS SQL server and SSISEnterprise Scheduling software experience (Visual Cron, Control-M or similar)Data Master software (Curium) (preferable)CRM - Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (preferable)Accounting system software (Linedata FundManager or similar) (preferable)Knowledge of, or experience with Jira/Confluence or other IT Support management tools.Knowledge of, or experience with Order Management systems/IBOR (Charles River or similar).Job OfferCompetitive salary Opportunity to progress & lean organisationHybrid working
