Are you an Site Manager with knowledge of new build housing projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in Birmingham?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer property development and new build housing solutions. Due to a securing a new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in new build housing projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading property development company.

The Role:

*Site Based role in Birmingham

* Site Manager: Tool Box Talks, H&S checks, Liaising with the Project Manager, Managing the sub-contractors, issuing and signing off timesheets, ordering materials & site labour

*12 Month Contract Position

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid,

* CSCS card

*Experience working on New build housing sites

* Available immediately
