Rare and exciting role on offer for an ambitious Project Manager from a construction background to join a rapidly expanding business, working on exciting multi million pound projects where you will be fully supported to become Chartered and progress your career.

Do you have experience of managing large-scale construction projects for the residential sector? Do you have experience of managing projects from pre-construction phase through to delivery on the client side? Are you looking to join a growing business where you will have an exciting future where you can progress whilst working on exciting projects for multiple clients?

This dynamic, forward thinking business specialise in the design, development and delivery of large-scale, new-build residential projects across the UK. They have seen massive growth over the past 2 years and have navigated their way well through the recent pandemic and have multiple schemes in the pipeline. They are looking to invest into the future of the business and are therefore looking to recruit a Project Manager that will be instrumental in the growth of the business.

In this client facing role you will oversee the design, build and procurement and final project delivery of new-build houses for a varied range of investors and clients across the UK. You will manage the whole process through pre construction, procurement and delivery. You will be given support to become a Chartered and you will be succession planned to become the next Project Director or Operations Director.

This exciting opportunity would therefore ideally suit an ambitious Project Manager with a degree in Project Management or Construction who has experience of managing large-scale residential builds from pre-construction phase to delivery. You will have the ambition to progress your career to Director level and want to join a growing business where you will play an integral part in the success of the business.
