The role holder is required to operate at an enterprise-level across the change portfolio, helping Transformation colleagues to embed agile ways of working, build effective internal / external communities and increase support for agile delivery across the wider organisation.

The role holder will work with the Strategic Change Director and a core team in the CoE to establish a mobilisation programme and define the organisational roadmap. The successful candidate will regularly interact with business executives to identify the blockers and resolve these collaboratively whilst leveraging the other Agile initiatives around the globe, and helping to drive a pragmatic, joined-up agile approach which compliments HSBC's Business Transformation Framework.Required experience / skillsProven track record of being a strong Communicator and Change Agent for large organisationsExcellent planning and plan management skills (including using a variety of tools)Strong stakeholder management skills and experience, including managing/influencing peopleHighly experienced in getting the best out of people at a senior levelStrong leader, able to understand the big picture, create a vision and lead activities and teams towards a single goal.Experience leading cultural and behavioural changeTrack record of working with C-suite executives and leading executive training / initiativesNice to have experience/skillsExperience in the application of lean/agile methods of software delivery and the principles and practices of Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, XP, BDD, ATDD and TDD.Professional experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, Rally, RTC, Git, GitHub and Stash.PaaS/IaaS - OpenShift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, Azure & Cloudbees.Experience with Procurement processes
