You will be part of a helpdesk team that:

- Works together and is supportive of each other

- Has time to focus on each individual customer's request

- Always tries to resolve the customer's issue permanently

- Works efficiently by following and improving our processes

- Has time to dedicate to training and learning about the technology that they support

You will:

- Answer calls

- Create and manage tickets

- Troubleshoot and solve 1st and 2nd line issues

- Escalate tickets to 3rd line

- Monitor systems

- Complete weekly timesheets

- Update system documentation

- Attend team meetings

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of:

- Microsoft 365 support: SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure and Teams

- Microsoft Office and Windows 10

- Windows server 2012

- 1 - 2 years experience working in a helpdesk role

It would nice to have experience with:

- PSA and monitoring products

- Hardware troubleshooting for PCs, laptops and Macs

- Knowledge of Cyber Security

- Knowledge of anti-virus and anti-malware products

- Network troubleshooting and router and firewall configuration

- Offsite backup technologies and software

- Smartphone and tablet setup and configuration

Salary is £25k - £30K dependent upon experience. Other Benefits include…
