18 Month IT Service Delivery and Excellence Manager, £50-£60k

Working with one of the biggest global names in Tech!

A rare opportunity to get this brand on your CV, you will be working in a Service Delivery Excellence role, ensuring the customer journey and support is to the highest level, monitoring Service Operations and assessing improvement opportunities, setting initiatives and improvement plans, ensuring 3rd parties are working at correct levels, developing and maintaining SLA logs etc.

Enhancing governance, performance quality and value.

Any Microsoft M365, D365, Azure understanding would be an advantage but not essential.
