Global Process Lead - Purchase to OrderLondon / Remote12 Months £600 - £690 a day Inside IR35
The Purchasing Lead role is pivotal in driving the benefit and value from our future buy processes.This role supports the Global Source to Pay Process Owner for our global Finance and Procurement transformation programme, Make Finance Brilliant. The programme will replace a large part of our Finance systems on the implementation of Ariba and SAP S/4 Hana.What you'll be doingOwn the relationships necessary to implement the buying deliverables both across the business and with the transformation partner teams where required, demonstrating understanding of the financial and operational consequences of performance.Lead and support process walkthroughs to ensure business understanding and drive adoption of the solutionDefine and own detailed plans to meet programme and transformation milestones, escalating risks and issues and important decisionsEngaging and executing continuous improvement initiativesSupport testing & quality management review of the solution designDevelop and maintain training material, process documentation and other supporting material.Working with the technical, change and business teams to define and agree the cut over and business readiness plans
Experience Required:Deep and extensive knowledge and understanding of the procurement business process area and principles within a Global organisationExperience of working in organisations with variety of procurement channels to multiple business units across multiple geographiesDemonstrable knowledge and expertise of design and implementation of Ariba Guided Buying, including catalogues and document automation.Ideally experience of business process integration between Fieldglass and Ariba for buyingExperience of implementing SAP S/4 Hana with Ariba Guided BuyingStrong and collaborative working approach with a diverse group of stakeholders in multiple locations.Motivating cross functional teams to successful deliveryExperience of developing, reviewing, and implementing process changeExcellent communication skills writing, facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
