Role Synopsis

As part of the C&A digital strategy team, you will do three main things to ensure you are embedded into the Communications & Advocacy (C&A) entity:

collect business requirements and design solutions

help deliver our digital programmes.

You'll do this by learning how the C&A entity works, the objectives for its global centre and regions and by working with different internal teams on multiple projects at one time.

You'll be expected to work with the other digital team specialists to shape the C&A digital roadmap and define the requirements to ensure the C&A teams' needs are properly interpreted and turned into the workable products they use and experiences they provide to their clients.

Specifically, you'll be expected to figure out these needs by conducting user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, competitive analysis and testing via user experience pilots. You'll learn a lot and have a lot of fun whilst being part of an innovative culture with responsibility that empowers you to contribute.

This role will suit a functional business analyst who is analytically minded as well as curious, creative, collaborative and credible. You'll bring a sense of confidence and professionalism and an ability to work with a wide range of people. You must be looking for a role that straddles the disciplines of communications, advocacy and technology within a global organisation.

Plug into the product owner with requirements and be involved in test & build and conducting UAT.

Analyse our digital tools to be able to identify improvements, e.g., optimizing digital ecosystem use, behavioural analytics on web pages, SEO opportunities, and to improve operational efficiency by automating processes.

Consult with a wide range of stakeholders to build a "world view" of C&A objectives and activity and how to join them up, and build consensus around common solutions and digital standards.

Present the digital strategy, roadmap, and capabilities of the digital strategy team to wider stakeholder groups.

Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the field of digital publishing, omni-channel content marketing and analytics.
