Are you eager to start a new journey with one of the fastest growing distribution companies in Belgium? As part of the growth of our customers' activities, an end user with an exceptional reputation, we are recruiting for a Senior Developer specialised in Dynamics CRM / D365 Customer Engagement.

In this position, you will support the current Dynamics CRM developers team and you ensure an optimal delivery of business software. As a developer, you will build complex Dynamics CRM plugins and you will help to develop the current Dynamics CRM software solutions. You will also have chance to use Power BI and will participate in new exciting journeys together with your team. You will develop and maintain modules and templates used for personalised customer journeys. Your voice will matter when comes to develop the technical vision and landscape of the CRM team, while enforcing coding standards and maintaining high quality standards.

In this position, you will:

Be able to design and maintain new and existing programming customisation to all CRM tools

Assist with the creation of new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation, and utilisation of capabilities in the platform

Keep technical documentation up to date

Find creative solutions to practical problems

Carry on quality assurance and data validation procedures to ensure that our customers have the best experience

Monitor the technical performance in terms of delivery and system status

Design the associated tests and run the first tests of the developed functionality

Required skill-set:

You are used to think and operate within strict architecture and security guidelines.

Be able to collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions

You want to proactively make proposals for further optimisation

Communicate with the project participants, customer contacts or internal team members, as well as with your hierarchy, and know how to report successes as well as possible risks

Power BI experience is a huge plus

Having certificates is an advantage, but not a hard requirement!

Fluent level of English is a must, fluent level of French is a good plus
